When encountering strategies requiring multi-agency delivery against common aims and objectives (e.g Counter Terrorism Prevent Strategy, Every Child Matters, Care Act etc) does multi-agency situated learning develop effective practice in contrast to isolated learning when agencies only collaborate for delivery? Does this add value to practice?
